About This Policy
This policy applies specifically to the Lucrative Landscaping member platform at app.lucrativelandscaping.com — the area where you log in to use dashboards, connect third-party services (including Google APIs), and access tools we operate on your behalf.
For our public marketing site, sales pages, and book/audiobook purchases, see the policy at lucrativelandscaping.com/privacy-policy/.
In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Lucrative Landscaping. “You” refers to the business owner, employee, or authorized representative with a member account.

-
Phone call recordings, transcripts, and metadata from your phone system (e.g., CallRail)

Session duration and login history
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
-
Provide, operate, and improve the member platform and our services
-
Generate reports, dashboards, audits, and insights tailored to your business
-
Compare your performance to anonymized cross-client benchmarks (see Section 5)
-
Secure our systems, prevent abuse, and investigate incidents
-
Communicate with you about your account, service updates, and support
-
Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your information. We do not use your business data or Google API data to target advertising.
3. Google API Data — Limited Use Commitment
When you connect a Google service through the member platform, Google’s OAuth consent screen asks you to grant specific, narrow permissions. This section describes what we request, why, and how we handle what we receive.
3.1 Scopes We Request
| Service | OAuth Scope | What We Access |
|---|---|---|
| Google Search Console | https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters.readonly |
Search query performance, top pages, impressions, clicks, CTR, and indexation status for properties you own |
| Google Ads (including Local Services Ads) | https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords |
Campaign performance, conversion data, keyword and ad data, and — for partner clients — the ability to make changes to campaigns you explicitly authorize us to manage |
| Google Business Profile | https://www.googleapis.com/auth/business.manage |
Business listing information, reviews, Q&A, photos, and posts for locations you own |
| Google Analytics | https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.readonly |
Website traffic, conversion events, audience data, and attribution reports |
3.2 How We Use Google API Data
We use data obtained via Google APIs only to:
-
Generate the specific reports, audits, and dashboards you request through the platform
-
Provide recommendations, automation, and managed-service work you have explicitly engaged us to perform
-
Combine your data with anonymized cross-client data to produce benchmarking insights (see Section 5)
3.3 Limited Use Affirmation
Lucrative Landscaping’s use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically, we affirm that:
-
We use Google user data only to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in the requesting application
-
We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve user-facing features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with notice to users
-
We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements, including retargeting, personalized, or interest-based advertising
-
We do not allow humans to read Google user data except:
- With your explicit consent (for example, when you ask support to investigate a specific issue)
- For security purposes (such as investigating abuse or a security incident)
- To comply with applicable law
- On data that is aggregated and anonymized and used for internal operations
3.4 Revoking Access
You can revoke our access to any connected Google service at any time:
-
Inside the app: visit the Connections page in your member dashboard and click “Disconnect” for the service you want to remove
-
From Google directly: visit https://myaccount.google.com/permissions and remove “Lucrative Landscaping Partner Access”
Revocation immediately invalidates our access token. Any copies of previously-retrieved data are retained subject to the retention schedule in Section 8.
3.5 Tokens and Storage
OAuth tokens (access tokens and refresh tokens) are encrypted at rest using Fernet symmetric encryption and stored in our secured credential database. Tokens are only decrypted in memory at the moment an authorized process needs to call a Google API on your behalf.
4. Partner Client Operational Data (Retainer Clients)
For partner/retainer clients, we collect and process data about the ongoing operation of your business. This includes call recordings, transcripts, form submissions, lead and opportunity data, and similar operational signals. We use this data to:
-
Provide the agreed-upon revenue operations services
-
Measure calls-to-deals-to-revenue attribution
-
Extract and maintain the FAQ library for your chatbot and team
-
Produce weekly reports and dashboards
-
Train AI classifiers that improve our tooling for you and other clients (in anonymized, aggregated form — see Section 5)
Individual call content, individual customer data, and other identifiable operational data are never shared with other clients or third parties, except as required to provide services (for example, sending a transcript to an LLM provider for classification) or as legally required.
5. Cross-Client Anonymized Benchmarks
One of the ways our platform provides value is by comparing your metrics to patterns observed across other clients in the same industry. This comparison relies on anonymized, aggregated data:
-
Individual data points are stripped of identifying information before being included in any benchmark
-
Benchmarks are computed over groups large enough that no individual client can be reverse-identified
-
Your raw data is never shown to another client, and another client’s raw data is never shown to you
-
We do not use the content of your calls, your Google data, or your customer lists to solicit other clients
6. Third Parties Who Process Your Data
We rely on trusted third-party services to operate the platform. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments:
-
Google — API providers for the services you connect (Search Console, Ads, Business Profile, Analytics)
-
Anthropic — AI language model used to analyze calls, generate FAQs, and produce insights
-
OpenAI — AI language model used for specific analysis tasks
-
DigitalOcean — cloud hosting for our servers
-
Tailscale — encrypted private network connecting our infrastructure
-
Stripe — payment processing for any platform subscriptions
-
ActiveCampaign — email communications
-
CallRail / RingCentral — phone system integrations for partner clients
Each of these providers has its own privacy policy. Where required we have Data Processing Agreements in place.
7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including:
-
TLS encryption for all data in transit
-
Fernet symmetric encryption for sensitive credentials at rest (including OAuth tokens)
-
Restricted administrative access with multi-factor authentication
-
Internal network segmentation via Tailscale mesh
-
Logging and monitoring of administrative actions
-
Regular backups
No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a security incident that affects your data we will notify you without undue delay, consistent with applicable law.
8. Data Retention
-
OAuth tokens are retained while your connection is active. When you revoke, the token is deleted within 7 days.
-
Account information and data retrieved from connected services (Google APIs, CRM, etc.) are retained for as long as you are an active user of the platform, and for a reasonable period afterward to support re-activation, service continuity, and business operations.
-
Aggregated, anonymized benchmark statistics derived from your data — where individual clients cannot be identified — are retained indefinitely as part of our cross-client insights library. This is a core feature of the platform and continues to provide value to all current and future clients.
-
Partner client operational data (calls, transcripts) is retained per the retention schedule in your service agreement.
You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@lucrativelandscaping.com. Aggregated, anonymized data from which you can no longer be identified is not subject to deletion requests.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:
-
Access the personal information we hold about you
-
Request correction of inaccurate information
-
Request deletion of your information
-
Request a portable copy of your data
-
Object to or restrict certain processing
-
Revoke consent previously granted
To exercise these rights, email support@lucrativelandscaping.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (typically 30 days).
10. Children
The member platform is for business use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
11. International Data Transfers
Our servers are located in the United States. If you access the platform from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will notify account holders via email or an in-app notice before the changes take effect. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
